We’re writing this article to announce to you the official launch of our new design experience! It’s a big turn for us at Moodfit and we’d like to share our through-process behind our decision.

First of all, we’re very proud to say that Moodfit has completed 212 projects for 140 clients in less than a year.

This period was a precious opportunity for us to follow our customers’ design journey and gather as much feedback as possible to see what worked and what was missing from making your experience seamless and enjoyable.

We listened to everything you had to say and came to the conclusion that it was time to improve the platform.

The What

We had specific goals in mind while working on the project, and they all focused on YOU:

• Improving your design journey
• Facilitating the way you pick your personal designer
• Having a more user-friendly platform
• Using neutral tones to fit your style
• Including new packages that suit your needs

The How

While working on the new UI (User Interface), these are the points that we focused on:

• A new icon that clearly represents what is Moodfit
• Fresh colours for your eyes’ comfort
• New fonts to make our content more readable
• and finally improved visuals to make the concept more precise and straightforward.

The Icon

Creating an icon that embodies Moodfit was a big challenge. Just like a puzzle, everything had to fit in place, specially the icon. We started with a floor plan, the typical place where we would start to design your space. After which we dissected our name and overlayed them on top of each other. We removed the plan and our icon was born!

It still lacked something; it needed to be more interesting, just like the designs we tailor-make for you. We twisted and turned it, rounded some corners, the result was nice but it needed some life… So we added colour!

The next step

We believe decorating one’s space should be a fun adventure while also being affordable and easy. As we enter this new phase, our main goal is to keep improving our platform to make the journey as smooth as possible for you, and in parallel, changing the game when it comes to interior design and breaking free from long processes and costly interactions.
